Different interests - great team. This is probably what describes us the best. We have known each other for years, before we founded the Vanguard agency. We figured, that our different strengths are the perfect foundation for a 360 artist management and are also essential for forming a great team. Our ambition is to not only have a strong team-spirit within us but to create close connections with the artists we represent. We want to form a space filled with trust, good communication and cohesion.
What we do
Nowadays you have to do tons of things to be successful with your passion. You need to be consistent on social media and build an online presence. You also have to look for photographers or videographers, to get high quality content from your shows. Playing shows requires, that you contact Events and clubs, to get booked. You have to write invoices and need to care about your taxes and finance.
To lift the weight of an artist’s shoulders, we made it our goal to build an agency, that covers all these tasks. Next to Management and Booking services, we will support the artist with their social media profiles and even create the content, press photos, etc. Additionally we will care about invoices, taxes and finance. The only task of an artist should be, to create and focus on their passion.
This concept led us to our philosophy:
